Buying a theme can feel like a gamble. You pay your money, you get your files, and you are on your own. If the theme does not quite do what you need, you either live with it or hire a developer and hope they know what they are doing.
That is not how we want Label One to work.
We are an agency first
Panther & Cub is not a theme company. We are a Shopify agency. We build stores for brands and agencies full time. Label One is the theme we use to do that work, but it is not the only thing we do.
That means when you buy Label One, you are not buying from a team that disappears after the transaction. You are buying from people who are in the same business you are. We build stores every day. We run into the same problems you run into. And we have a team that can help solve them.
Two ways this plays out
Most of the time, the theme covers what you need. That is the goal. But when it does not, there are two paths.
One, the feature you need might be something we add to the theme anyway. We do this regularly. If enough people ask for something, or if a client project requires it, it goes on the roadmap. You might get what you need in a future update at no extra cost.
Two, if you need something specific that is not coming to the roadmap anytime soon, we can build it for you. That is what our agency does. Custom development, bespoke features, integrations. We have done it for plenty of brands and we can do it for you.
We prefer long term partnerships
A one-time sale is fine. A long term relationship is better. We would rather work with you over time, help your store grow, and be there when you need something new than shake hands once and never hear from you again.
That is how we operate with our agency clients and it is how we approach Label One too. Buy the theme. Use it. If you outgrow it or need something custom, we are still here. You are not starting over with an unfamiliar agency who does not know the product.
You are not SOL
If you buy Label One and later realize you need something it does not do, you have options. You can request it and it might end up in a future release. Or you can hire us to build it. Either way, you are not stuck.
We built Label One for ourselves, but we built it to share. And we built Panther & Cub to be the team behind it, not just the team that shipped it.
